Guests pick a hat from the wall, then go to work on it with bands, feathers, pins and charms. Our stylists keep things moving and help anyone who gets stuck between two feathers. It fills an hour easily, and it gives the room something to talk about besides the weather.

What happens at a private hat bar?

Each guest picks a hat, then customizes it with bands, feathers, pins and accessories. Our stylists run the stations and help everyone finish a hat they love.

How many guests can you handle?

We set up for groups from 10 to 400+, and we scale the stations and stylists to your headcount.

Can you come to our house or venue?

Yes. Our mobile hat bar sets up at homes, ranches, event halls and hotels across San Antonio, and we travel further on request. You can also bring your group to our shops at La Cantera or Basila Frocks.

How long does it take?

Most private events run 1.5 to 3 hours depending on the size of your group. We'll recommend timing when we plan it with you.

How much does it cost?

Every event is quoted to your group size, hat choices and setup. Send us the details and we'll put a quote together.

How far ahead should we book?

Two to three weeks is usually enough in San Antonio. For 100 guests or more, or anything outside the city, give us four to six weeks.
