Do you travel?

Absolutely. We bring the full Wild Pony experience directly to you—arriving with everything needed to set up, manage, and seamlessly break down the event, so you can focus on enjoying the moment.

How many guests can you accommodate?

We can comfortably accommodate events with up to 400 guests. For larger groups or custom requests, we’re happy to explore tailored solutions—just reach out and let’s chat!

What is your pricing?

Our pricing is thoughtfully tailored to suit your event, guest count, and overall vision. We offer flexible packages with options for company-covered experiences, guest-paid customization, or a hybrid of both—designed to meet your unique needs and budget.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept a variety of convenient payment methods to make your experience seamless. These include all major debit and credit cards, ACH transfers, and wire payments. On-site, we also welcome mobile wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash App.

Do you shape hats?

Our hats come expertly pre-shaped, offering a polished and ready-to-wear look right out of the box. This ensures a seamless experience at your event, without the need for on-site shaping equipment.

I booked an event but the number of guests changed, what do I do?

Please reach out to us as soon as possible. We understand that guest counts can shift, and we’ll work closely with you to adjust accordingly and ensure the best experience for your group.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made at least 60 days prior to your event are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations made 30 days in advance, a 50% refund will be issued.
