How much does a hat bar event cost?

Pricing is based on your guest count, the hats you choose and how much customization you add. Tell us what you are planning and we will send a custom quote within 24 hours.

How many guests can you handle?

Groups of 10 to 400+. Smaller team days and full conference floors both work.

Can you come to our venue?

Yes. We bring the full mobile hat bar anywhere in San Antonio, and we travel nationwide.

How much space do you need?

We work in hotels, convention centres, offices, ranches and private homes. Tell us the room and we will plan the layout around it.

Can we add our company logo?

Yes. We can burn your logo into every hat with a custom branding iron, so it reads as yours rather than as swag.

How far in advance should we book?

The earlier the better, especially for weekends and the autumn conference season. If your date is close, ask anyway.

What do guests take home?

The finished hat, worn out of the room. No shipping and no waiting.

What if our guest count changes?

It changes on most events. Tell us as early as you can and we will adjust.
